Nearly spurless and with uncharacteristic white cups looking like little pantaloons, this unusual Epimedium flower is infused with rose-purple. They hang in almost fluffy clusters over a 15″ mound of heart-shaped leaves one of the largest plants among the Epimediums and an unusual flower too.
