The plants are upright, somewhat tubular with glossy green leaves. An epiphyte found widely from the West Indies, Honduras, Florida and Oaxaca. This species is almost never available. Not the easiest plant to grow either, demanding good water and good air circulation. Can be grown potted in a orchid bark mix or mounted.
