Neoregelia ‘Edite’– This is a stunning hybrid by our friend Rafael DeFaria in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He gave us a plant on one of our visits, but didnt disclose the parentage. A nice full rosette with burgundy-red leaves bearing a profusion of white and green spots and flecks with vivid pink variegation up the leaf centers. An overall wash of transparent red gives the plant a vivid glow.
