A Skotak hybrid of (Hannibal Lector x Norman Bates) x (Skotaks Tiger x Hannibal Lector) that was first released at the 2010 World Bromeliad Conference in New Orleans. A large, robust grower with four inch wide leaves bearing large black spines. The color is dark green with many black spots and blotches throughout. No cup color at anthesis. Will produce offsets before blooming. Likes bright light but not full sun.
