Most likely a large growing form of Aechmea fendleri, probably from Margarita Island off the coast of Venezuela. Fairly stiff, green, upright foliage curves inward toward the apex. The inflorescence is very tall, cylindrical with many short branches and bright coral-orange. Very long lasting in color. Outstanding in landscape.
