This outstanding hybrid (Colores x Strawberry (Beadle #1405)) is a masterwork of famed Billbergia breeder Don Beadle. Before his retirement a few years back Don made a number of crosses since grown to maturity by Michael Kiehl, many of which are outstanding in nature. This beauty was selected and increased over the past few years; an upright, vase-shaped hybrid to about 14 inches tall, with 3 inch wide leaves flaring out and curling downward towards the tips. The coloration is light green, which becomes nearly entirely obscured by white mottling that is infused with light pink. The immediate leaf margins have less white mottling, lending a greenish margin to the leaves.
