Soleirolia soleiroliiis a fast growing, terrestrial species with bright green leaves that is known asbaby tears. It is native to the Western Mediterranean. It does not require much ventilation, but also does not require that much humidity. Moist soil and sphagnum moss are helpful for rooting this species. It roots quickly. These are easy to propagate from stem breaks.

All of our cuttings have adventitious, aerial roots. Our rooted specimens will have at least a few active roots and will be established plants. Our plants are grown in high humidity in terrariums and greenhouses, therefore may need acclimation to the average home humidity / environment.
