Also known as Nopales, Paddle Cactus or Joseph’s Coat, this vibrant flat shaped cactus is one of the very few naturally occurring white-variegated variation of the larger Prickly Pear cactus Opuntia monacantha. This cactus is marbled with white, creamy-white, yellow, green and sometimes also with pink in varying patterns. Careful of the pokies with opuntias, as always.
